This is a beautiful Edison / Dale lamp outfit with a "Dale Portable" brass lamp fixture, Edison lamp socket, GE Co. switch and "New Type Edison Lamp" (light bulb). The Dale brass fixture is adjustable from 23 inches to 27 inches high and allows the Edison socket and milk glass reflector shade to be positioned at various angles along the radius of the upper brass rod. The NOS condition Edison light bulb is a clear glass 8 c, 110 v "New Type Edison Lamp" with a secured 2 loop, carbon filament. This is a rare and historic lamp, truly authentic circa 1890's. It is un-restored and in exceptional working condition with original cord and porcelain plug.
