This early 1890's "Candlestick Lamp" has a porcelain and mica insulated socket with an Edison standard screw thread. It is an extraordinary early lamp fixture. This authentic light fixture provides a magnificent way to display an early Edison carbon incandescent lamp of this historic period. It consists of a porcelain key switch socket, mica insulation, a brass socket base transition, a mahogany base pedestal, a 60 inch twist cord and an original porcelain screw plug. This early piece is in exceptional original condition.
