Here is a beautiful Edison "Emerald" Mazda light bulb. This Edison light bulb is made with beautiful Emerald green glass and a zig zag tungsten filament. The tungsten filament is supported on 6 over 5 thin wire hooks anchored to the glass rod extending from the glass lead-in stem. The combination of green glass and tungsten filament gives off a bright green light. This Emerald Edison lamp also has an extraordinary long clear glass tip. Another great feature of this lamp is the Edison Mazda paper label which is in excellent condition and gives electrical statistics of 10 watts at 118 volts for this lamp. The shape of this light bulb is straight sided and the bulb measures 4.5 inches long. This Edison Emerald beauty still works great and is a wonderful authentic piece of early Edison -ian electric lighting history.
